Created in 2012, Kokouna Interiors accompanies you in your interior design, renovation and home staging project by taking into account your needs, your desires, without forgetting your budget and planning constraints.

BUT WHO IS BEHIND KOKOUNA INTERIORS!

PASSIONATE ABOUT LIFE, PEOPLE AND EXCHANGES, JENNIFER EXPRESSES ALL HER TALENT THROUGH SEVERAL OF HER MANY PASSIONS: INTERIOR DESIGN, PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND HOME STAGING

After several years as co-founder of a digital agency in Paris, Jennifer did a 180° and decided to live her dream! In 2012, she created the agency Kokouna Interiors to put her multiple skills at the service of her clients.

 

Interior designer, decorator but also homestager, many hats that allow Jennifer to carry out all projects. Whether it’s interior design and/or renovation, or real estate sales projects thanks to home staging, she accompanies her clients as closely as possible to their desires.

She is one of the women who initiated these new techniques of interior/home staging in France.

In 2015, she sold her interior design school in Paris where she had trained herself. Jennifer still teaches there to transmit her passion.

 

 

Today, she runs her agency in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, with a branch in Paris. Kokouna Interiors has a team of interior decorators, architects and a general construction company within the agency. This gives it additional strength and responsiveness to customer requests.

This coordinated work allows her to control the schedules and ensures a real asset!

GETTING IN TOUCH

The first contact can be made by phone, by mail or simply by coming to our agency in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.

MEETING

The meeting is planned at your home in order to perform together an on-site inventory of tasks. It will allow us to explain how the agency works, to determine your needs and to give you an initial estimate of the budgets to be expected. It is free and without obligation.

DETAILED QUOTE

We then establish a detailed quote of the requested services. It is sent to you with the general Terms & Sales Conditions, a purchase form allowing you to have an quote of the prices by article and the insurance certificate of the company. It will clearly indicate the conditions and a deadline of realization as well as the validity of duration of the quote. Once validated, we can move on to the next step.

TAKING OF DIMENSIONS

A detailed dimensioning is necessary to propose you 2D and 3D plans of your project.

PROJECT

At the agency, we present you the project in its quasi-finality. To be always closer to our customers, we create WhatsAppTM discussion groups during this phase in order to exchange on your needs which can evolve.

TECHNICAL VALIDATION

A meeting is organized with the site manager, the electrician and the plumber to validate together the last technical elements. A single contact for you but a real professional organization.

SCOPE OF WORK

The beginning of the work starts with the removal. We systematically go through this stage to validate some technical points exposed during this phase.

ON-SITE VISIT

In order to better cope with your desires, we have decided to respect a quality charter committing us to three visits per week on all sites to report weekly on the monitoring of the work, and to adjust, if necessary, the deadlines for completion.

PHOTO SHOT

A photo session is organized either before the delivery, or once you are installed (with your agreement) in order to have pretty visuals to present in our book without mentioning neither the name, nor the address.

DELIVERY

The last appointment is the delivery of the building site with a report of reception. We give you the keys in a definitive way.
