As an interior designer, I offer you a unique, personalized project taking into account your desires, your constraints, your budget and the technical feasibility. It is the fruit of a true collaboration between you and me, and this in the smallest details as the light or the coordination of materials and colors to quote only them.

This 1-hour (minimum) meeting takes place at your home or at our agency with one of our interior designers.
During this meeting, we work out together your interior design project with your problem(s) to which we try to bring adapted solutions (layout, color, relooking) while respecting your way of life.
Reviewing the layout of a property offers the possibility of postponing or even cancelling the desire to move, so contact us upon request.
To go further in your project, we can create a decorating book with suggestions of ideas and good addresses for a successful interior decoration.

This is a remote selection of furniture and decorative accessories for the room of your choice. It can be done alone or as a package (consulting appointment + decorating selection).
For this, we need to study the plan and photos of your room sent by you, to listen to your needs and expectations, your tastes, your lifestyle and your budget.
The service includes:
The Moodboard (inspiration board); detailed choices of colors and materials; existing and future 2D layout plans; 3D visuals to set the mood (visualization of furniture, colors and materials); shopping lists for furniture, lighting and decorative accessories.
Price: 650 € TTC (bedroom, living room, dining room, entrance) and 850 € TTC (kitchen, bathroom)
This service guides you step by step in the transformation of your property.
Following several meetings and discussions, the project is designed with your interior designer Kokouna Interiors in light of your expectations, your tastes, your lifestyle and your budget.
The service includes: the visit of the property, the interviews, the taking of measurements and photos; Moodboard (inspiration board); detailed choices of colors and materials; existing and future 2D layout plans; technical plans (partitions, electrical, kitchen …); 3D visuals for the setting of the atmosphere (visualization of furniture, colors and materials); shopping lists for furniture, lighting and decorative accessories; the realization of the custom furniture (plans, technical elevations, 3D and finishing of the furniture).
Price: on estimate (duration of 4 weeks on average, to be validated at the time of the signature of the estimate according to the schedules)
At the end of this service, Kokouna Interiors can also take care of coordinating the construction site, making purchases or staging your interior.
Kokouna Interiors integrates within its agency a general construction company.
A difference is made between the project manager (MO or MOA), i.e. the person who orders the work and accepts the work (you) and the project manager (MOE), who is responsible for the work, i.e. the realization of the project and the coordination of the work.
A single site manager is appointed for your project as well as a single project manager who will be your sole contact. His mission is to deliver a concept in accordance with your wishes, to manage the follow-up of the construction site and to adapt the solutions, if necessary.

Let’s meet at your home or at the agency for a minimum of one hour to talk about decorating existing spaces without changing their structure.
This formula is what you need to bring an “extra soul” to your interior by relying on the existing lines, by dressing them with other colors, materials, furniture, by playing on contrasts and light.

Kokouna Interiors carries out small and medium-sized demolition work. These services also include the environmentally friendly disposal of waste and rubble in specialised sorting facilities.
Kokouna Interiors provides exterior masonry services using all types of materials such as breeze blocks, single-wall bricks and also interior masonry with plaster tiles and BA13 panels. All our masonry is guaranteed for 10 years.
When renovating, we make every effort to readjust the partitions in order to keep the right angles to facilitate the installation of floor and wall coverings. We use the best materials available on the market (mortar and breeze blocks) in order to guarantee an optimal result, a quality criterion required by our clients.
We offer you our services for the renovation and creation of frameworks if your building does not have one. All our services are carried out by a team of experienced professionals. Both in renovation and construction, the materials we offer are of the highest quality, to ensure optimal longevity of the building.
Depending on the movement of the subsoil, and more particularly of the clay subsoil at high risk, vertical or horizontal cracks can appear on buildings. If left untreated, they can jeopardize the stability of your home. We bring you our know-how to remedy all these problems.

Our experienced team brings you its expertise for the realization of all your painting works. We offer you the most suitable products (professional paint) such as special wet room paint for your kitchens and bathrooms.
We select for you Biosourced and labelled paints for a Higher Environmental Quality.
We bring you our expertise in the supply and installation of all kinds of floor and wall coverings. We also deal with the rehabilitation of old floors.
Our services are delivered turnkey. We also provide the glue and the joints unless you only want the installation. Depending on the brand, the tiles supplied may have a manufacturer’s warranty of up to 10 years. Many options exist such as non-slip tiles for wet rooms. We also make concrete screeds if the room to be tiled does not have one.
We use the best adhesives to ensure an optimal hold, on wall surfaces as well as on the floor.
Electricity is an important part of your project. Indeed it ensures the supply of energy in your house. We bring our knowledge and our expertise in the realization of all your electrical installations as well as in the restoration to standards of old installations.
