Renovation of a family apartment
Here is the new challenge for Kokouna Interiors: transforming a family apartment that has seen several generations born into a space now intended for rental. This apartment is ideally located in the most beautiful street of Saint Germain en Laye in the heart of a former mansion divided into apartments for decades. We redesigned the space by creating a second bedroom to meet the requirements of the highly sought after rental market in this area. Levelling of the grounds, resumption of the old parquet floors, creation of a shower room adapted and beautiful living room are the fruit of this thoughts and a 3-month work.

ANTHRACITE TIME CONCRETE FLOOR TILES
For our little extra on this realization, we opted for a tile imitation wood, but not only, a model type Versailles … It brings warmth in the kitchen which is a cold room where the colors are often neutral. Immediately, it is the elegance which is with the honor? we are super-fan, we even bought this model for our agency in Saint-Germain-en-Laye.
